1. 01 How long is the drive from Luxor to Hurghada?

   Typical road transfers take about 3.5 to 4 hours door-to-door between Luxor and Hurghada. Journey time varies with your exact pickup point in Luxor, traffic through Qena, and any stops en route. Mountainous sections near the Red Sea and occasional police checks can add time; we advise allowing a buffer for onward flights.
2. 02 Can you arrange a private transfer from Luxor to Hurghada?

   Yes – we arrange private, door-to-door transfers between Luxor and Hurghada as a licensed Egyptian tour operator. Unlike shared shuttles, we do not mix unrelated travellers in one vehicle; your party travels alone. Tell us your flight times or hotel details at booking so we can plan pickup and meet-and-greet.
3. 03 What kind of vehicle will I travel in?

   We provide air-conditioned sedans for one or two guests and minibuses or SUVs for larger parties. Vehicle choice depends on passenger number and luggage; we confirm the exact vehicle when we issue your booking voucher. All vehicles are driven by professional drivers experienced on the Luxor–Hurghada route.
4. 04 Can we stop on the way for photos or a comfort break?

   Yes – we can stop en route for photos and comfort breaks subject to your schedule. Short comfort stops are normally included; longer sightseeing detours require additional time and a revised rate. Please tell us at booking if you want a scenic stop so we can plan the route and timing.
5. 05 Can you collect us from Luxor Airport and take us straight to our hotel in Hurghada?

   Yes – we can meet you at Luxor International Airport and transfer you directly to your Hurghada hotel. We monitor flight arrivals and will adjust pickup for delays, but please send your full flight details at least 48 hours before arrival. If your flight arrives very late, we may suggest an early-morning transfer for comfort and safety.
6. 06 Is it safe to travel by road between Luxor and Hurghada?

   Road travel between Luxor and Hurghada uses main highways and is routinely operated by professional drivers. There are regular police checkpoints and well-maintained sections, though some stretches are winding; motion sickness can affect sensitive travellers. If you prefer, we can avoid night driving or schedule longer rest stops – tell us your preference when you book.
7. 07 Do you provide child seats or booster seats?

   Yes – child seats and boosters are available on request for transfers between Luxor and Hurghada. Please request the correct size at the time of booking so we can reserve the seat and fit it before departure. Availability can be limited for very large groups, so early notice is advisable.
