We monitor flight arrivals and will adjust pickup for delays, but please send your full flight details at least 48 hours before arrival. If your flight arrives very late, we may suggest an early-morning transfer for comfort and safety.
6. 06Is it safe to travel by road between Luxor and Hurghada?

   Road travel between Luxor and Hurghada uses main highways and is routinely operated by professional drivers. There are regular police checkpoints and well-maintained sections, though some stretches are winding; motion sickness can affect sensitive travellers. If you prefer, we can avoid night driving or schedule longer rest stops – tell us your preference when you book.
7. 07Do you provide child seats or booster seats?

   Yes – child seats and boosters are available on request for transfers between Luxor and Hurghada. Please request the correct size at the time of booking so we can reserve the seat and fit it before departure. Availability can be limited for very large groups, so early notice is advisable.

• Between 72 and 24 hours beforehand: hold on to the whole amount as credit, or have part of it refunded.
• Within 24 hours of the transfer, or if you don't turn up, we're unable to offer a refund or credit.
• Should we ever have to cancel, because of the weather or anything else beyond our control, you won't lose a penny.
