What a private transfer actually is
The first hour in a country sets the tone for the trip. Cairo airport at 2am, after a ten-hour flight, is not where you want to be learning the going rate to your hotel. A private transfer removes the whole negotiation: a named driver is already waiting past the baggage hall, holding a board with your name, in a car whose price was agreed before you left home.
We run transfers in the six cities most trips actually use – Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Marsa Alam – with drivers our offices know by name. The driver watches your flight, so an early landing or a three-hour delay changes nothing: someone is there when you walk out. It's the least glamorous part of a trip and the one that goes wrong most often, which is exactly why we don't hand it to a rank outside the terminal.

Private Transfer from Luxor to Marsa Alam
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor to Marsa Alam, with a driver and a vehicle sized to your group. The journey takes about 4.5 to 5 hours, connecting Luxor in Upper Egypt with the Red Sea resort town of Marsa Alam. A transfer representative provides meet-and-assist support. This is a one-way transport service, not a sightseeing tour, so stops for visits and entrance fees are not included. The route is a practical road connection between the Nile Valley and the Red Sea coast; journey time can vary with road conditions and stops agreed along the way.
Cairo Airport (CAI) – Private Hotel Transfer
Private transfer from Cairo International Airport (CAI) to any Cairo hotel, with meet-and-greet and luggage assistance. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and operate our own fleet; we do not sell shared shuttle seats. Unlike shared shuttles, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup for delays at no extra charge. Expect 30–60 minutes to reach central Cairo in normal traffic; peak hours (07:00–09:30 and 16:00–19:00) often double journey times. Vehicles are air‑conditioned sedans or MPVs; child seats and larger vehicles are available on request.
Cairo Airport (CAI) to Giza (Cairo) Hotel Arrival Transfer
Travel from Cairo International Airport (CAI) to your hotel in Giza with a pre-arranged private arrival transfer. Meet-and-assist service, airport parking and road tolls are included. Unlike finding a taxi after landing, your airport-to-hotel transfer is arranged in advance. Journey time depends on your hotel’s location and Cairo traffic, so allow extra time during busy periods. Vehicle class, luggage capacity, pickup arrangements and any child-seat needs should be confirmed before travel, as these details were not specified for this service.
Luxor to Aswan Private Hotel Transfer
Private door‑to‑door transfer from a Luxor hotel to an Aswan hotel by air‑conditioned car. The drive between central Luxor and central Aswan is about 220 kilometres and takes roughly 3.5–4 hours without stops. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and provide a dedicated driver and meet‑and‑greet at your hotel; we do not run shared coaches. Unlike the overnight sleeper train, a private car keeps your luggage with you and allows optional Egyptologist‑led stops at Edfu (Temple of Horus) and Kom Ombo (Sobek and Horus) en route. Trade‑offs: the route is exposed to heat and dust; an early departure is usually more comfortable.
Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Hotel – Private Transfer
We provide private and shared transfers between Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH) and all Sharm hotels. Typical transfer times are 15–40 minutes, depending on hotel location and local traffic. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and operate private cars as our standard; shared shuttles are available on request but are less convenient for guests arriving late. Your driver meets you at arrivals holding a name-board, assists with luggage and drives in an air-conditioned vehicle. We monitor flight times for delays and update pickup accordingly. Passport-control queues after busy flights can add 30–60 minutes to your door-to-door time.
Private Transfer from Luxor to Esna
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor to Esna, a road journey of about one hour. We arrange a driver and a meet-and-assist representative, with a vehicle sized to your group. Pickup is from your Luxor hotel or Nile cruise, with drop-off at your hotel or cruise mooring in Esna. This is a one-way transfer, not a sightseeing service: entrance fees and visits to attractions are not included. Unlike a shared transfer, the vehicle is reserved for your group. Gratuities are not included.
Aswan Airport transfer to Aswan hotel or Nile cruise
Private transfer from Aswan International Airport to your Aswan hotel or Nile cruise, typically a 30-minute drive. We operate as a licensed Egyptian tour operator and meet you inside international arrivals with a nameboard. Unlike transfers sold as airline add-ons, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup if it is delayed. Drivers assist with luggage and drop you at your hotel reception or the cruise gangway. Expect airport immigration to add 30–60 minutes during busy periods; we build that into our pickup timing. Gratuities are not included unless requested.
Aswan Train Station → Hotel & Nile Cruise Transfer
We provide private meet-and-greet transfers from Aswan Train Station to your Aswan hotel or Nile cruise on the Corniche. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator, we assign a private car and driver for every transfer; we do not run shared shuttle buses. Unlike coach transfers that wait at the bus station, our driver meets you on the platform or forecourt and helps with luggage. Note: station platforms can be busy and local traffic can add minutes, so please allow extra time for tight connections or delayed trains.
Aswan Hotel/Cruise to Aswan Train Station Transfer
We transfer guests from Aswan hotels or Nile cruises directly to Aswan Railway Station in private cars with English-speaking drivers. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and we do not operate mixed coach shuttles; every transfer is private and timed to your booked train. Unlike shared desk-sold shuttles, our routing goes direct to the station to avoid multiple hotel stops. Meet-and-assist and porter services are available on request for arrivals and departures. Note: Aswan station can be busy at peak departure times and platform assistance requires advance notice from us.

01How much is an airport transfer in Egypt?+
Less than the uncertainty of sorting it on arrival. Fares are fixed and quoted up front for the whole car, not per person – a Cairo airport-to-hotel transfer is a small fraction of a day's touring, and you know the figure before you fly. Send us your route and we'll price it exactly.
02What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight from the moment you book, so the driver's timing follows the plane – early, late or diverted. You won't pay extra for a delay that isn't your fault, and someone is still holding your name when you walk out.
03Will the driver meet me inside the airport?+
Yes. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, past passport control and baggage claim, holding a board with your name. It's a proper meet-and-greet, not a kerbside pickup or a pin dropped on a map.
04Are your drivers English-speaking?+
Our airport drivers speak working English – enough to greet you, confirm your hotel and handle the basics. They're vetted by the local office, drive licensed air-conditioned cars, and know the city rather than just following a sat-nav.
05Can you do transfers between cities or to a Nile cruise?+
Yes. As well as airport runs we cover hotel-to-hotel, hotel-to-cruise-dock and resort-to-resort transfers – Luxor airport straight to your ship's gangway, or Hurghada across to a Nile cruise port. Tell us the two points and we'll fix the fare.
06Do you have child seats and larger vehicles?+
Both. Child and booster seats are free on request – just tell us the ages. For families and groups we send a minivan or a small coach instead of a sedan, priced the same fixed way, so the whole party and the luggage travel together.
