1. 01 How long does the transfer from Sharm El Sheikh Airport to my hotel take?

   Transfer time is typically 15–45 minutes depending on your hotel's location and arrival-hall processing. Naama Bay hotels are usually nearer than Ras Nasrani or the Old Market; Sinai traffic and passport-control queues can add time. If you need an exact ETA, tell us your hotel name and flight number at booking and we’ll confirm expected drive time.
2. 02 Will the driver meet me inside the arrivals hall?

   Yes – our driver normally meets you inside the arrivals hall holding a name sign. We monitor your flight so the driver times the meet-and-greet to your actual arrival; if you prefer kerbside pickup or a hotel-side meeting point, state that when booking. Security or airport rules sometimes change the meeting point; we’ll text you exact instructions.
3. 03 Are the transfers private or shared?

   We provide private, door-to-door transfers; we do not place guests on shared coach shuttles. Vehicle type (saloon car or minivan) is assigned by group size and luggage; you pay per vehicle. If you prefer a larger vehicle or meet-and-greet with additional staff, tell us at enquiry so we can quote precisely.
4. 04 Do you wait for delayed flights or cancelled flights?

   We monitor scheduled flight arrivals and accommodate typical delays without extra charge. Prolonged delays, diverted flights or a missed connection may incur additional waiting or rebooking fees locally; we’ll always contact you with options. If your flight is significantly changed, please call the local emergency number we supply in your booking confirmation.
5. 05 How many bags can I bring and do you provide child seats?

   Our vehicles accommodate standard checked and hand luggage; child seats and boosters are available on request for an extra local charge. Tell us the number of suitcases and the child’s age at booking so we assign the correct vehicle and restraint. Large or unusual items (surfboards, dive gear, extra large cases) should be declared in advance.
6. 06 How will I recognise the driver on arrival?

   The driver will hold a printed name sign and carry visible ID; we also text your driver’s name and phone before arrival. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator, we instruct drivers to wait in the arrivals hall unless you request kerbside pickup. If you cannot find the driver, call the local emergency number provided in your confirmation – we will reconnect you promptly.
