Who Tends To Book This Way
You've Been Before
You've done the Pyramids and Luxor on a previous trip. This time you'd rather book a short cruise or pick a few day tours off the menu.
In Cairo For Work
You're flying in for a conference and tacking on two days. You want a Giza tour and a transfer that doesn't involve arguing about meter rates.
Expat With Family Coming
You live in Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi or Cairo itself. Your parents or in-laws are flying in and you want the ground end sorted by someone reliable.
Egypt As One Stop
Your trip is doing the Middle East or the Mediterranean and Egypt is one week of it. You don't need a full package – just the Egypt bit handled cleanly.
The Four Things You Can Book
Everything below comes from the same Cairo desk that handles our full holidays – same drivers, same Egyptologists, same operations team. We've listed them in the order people actually book them. The fourth one – attraction tickets – is dimmed because honestly, you almost never need to book those separately. The admissions are already in any day tour you'd buy.
87 across 6 cities
Private Pyramids days, Luxor's east and west banks, Aswan with Philae and the High Dam, the long drive over to Alexandria, day trips inland from the Red Sea resorts. Private Egyptologist guide on every one, air-con vehicle, all admissions, lunch most of the time.

The Six Questions People Actually Ask ·
Yes, easily. Any of our 87 day tours, 67 hotels, 27 transfer routes, or 90 attraction tickets can be booked on its own. In practice most clients booking this way string two to four components together – a Cairo hotel plus a Giza day tour plus an airport pick-up, sorted in one email thread. There's no minimum, and there's no obligation to add anything you don't want.
Three things, really. First, we run it ourselves – the Egyptologist, the driver, the desk handling the day. Viator hands the booking off to a local provider you'll meet for the first time at the kerb. Second, you're paying us at supplier price; aggregators add a margin on top of ours. Third, when something needs sorting on the day you've got our Cairo WhatsApp, not an outsourced app support team three time zones away.
Yes – every single day tour and multi-day holiday we sell has the relevant admissions baked into the price. Pyramids, Valley of the Kings, Karnak, the Grand Egyptian Museum, all of them. The separate attraction-tickets line is for the small handful of cases where someone has booked a guide elsewhere and just needs the entry tickets pre-arranged, or wants skip-the-queue tickets for a self-guided visit. For roughly 95% of clients, ignore that line.
No. We've handled bookings as small as a £30 arrival-visa service all the way through to twelve weeks of stitched-together hotels for a wedding party. The middle ground – the £150 to £2,000 range – is where most of these bookings sit.
The Cairo desk gets most independent bookings confirmed within four hours during UK working hours (Mon–Sat). Same-day airport transfers and next-day day tours are routine when there's space. Peak season (November to February) the Nile ships and 5★ hotels go out faster than that, so we'll usually come back within a working day with a quote and hold a couple of options for you.
One invoice for the lot. Once you've confirmed which components, we send a single payment link covering everything. 50% deposit to lock it in, 50% balance up to 30 days before travel. UK debit and credit cards both work. There's no per-component admin fee. Ground-only bookings come direct from our Cairo office; flight-inclusive packages route through our UK partner agency and follow their ATOL or ABTA protections – explicitly stated on the quote you receive.
Send Us A Line
Drop us your dates, any hotel preference, and which of the four boxes you want ticked – a day tour, a hotel night, an airport pickup, or whatever combination. The Cairo desk handles it from there, and the same desk is at the end of a WhatsApp once you're in Egypt.
