Bespoke · Built Around Your Week

Six questions. Then a real Egypt itinerary.

Tell us what kind of holiday you've got in mind – where, how long, who's coming, the rough budget, the kind of beds you want. Suhaila reads every brief that comes through; she or one of our senior consultants in Cairo writes back the same working day with two or three honest itineraries, not template responses.

Which bits of Egypt are you after?

Tick everything that catches your eye – more than one is fine. Most British holidays end up combining Cairo and a Nile cruise with one extra region tacked on. The routing is our problem.

How long have you got?

Eight days is what most UK travellers settle on – enough to do the Pyramids and a Nile cruise without forced marches between sites. Add days and you can drop in the Red Sea, Alexandria or the Western Desert.

Who's coming with you?

It shifts both the pricing and the pacing. A solo traveller sees different temples than a family of five would, and a honeymoon needs different mornings than a friends' group.

What are you thinking, per person, ground only?

Flights from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester usually sit on top of this – we can quote them separately. The number you pick here sets the standard for hotels and cruise. Whatever you choose, we'll send a side-by-side with the tier above and below so you can see what the extra spending actually buys.

Where you'd like to sleep

The questions below shift depending on what you ticked earlier. We'll come back with specific hotels and ships once we've read your brief – these answers just point us at the right shelf.

Last bit – where do we send the reply?

Four fields. Suhaila reads it first; she or one of our senior consultants writes back the same working day.

Who reads what you send

Suhaila reads it first.

Every tailor-made brief that lands in our inbox lands in mine. By the end of the working day – usually before lunch in Cairo – you'll have two or three itineraries written for your specific shape, with prices across the accommodation tiers we think you're between. There's no chain. You'll be writing to one of us, not a forwarding address.

If your trip needs a senior specialist on it, Hassany or one of the team picks it up – but you'll be told who's working on it.
