1. 01 How long does the transfer take from central Cairo to CAI?

   Transfer time from central Cairo hotels to Cairo International Airport (CAI) typically ranges from 45 to 90 minutes. Peak traffic (07:00–09:00 and 16:00–19:00) and roadworks can push this higher, so allow extra buffer before your flight. Unlike shared shuttles, private transfers go direct to the terminal without additional hotel stops.
2. 02 What time should I be picked up for an international flight?

   We recommend arrival at CAI two to three hours before scheduled international departures; pick-up is timed accordingly. Early-morning and late-night traffic patterns affect pick-up times; we confirm the exact pick-up in your booking paperwork. We monitor your flight but please provide a local contact number for last-minute changes.
3. 03 Can the driver meet me in my hotel lobby or inside the terminal?

   Our drivers meet clients in hotel lobbies and at the terminal curb; entry beyond check-in areas is generally not permitted. If you need assistance through check-in and security, we can arrange a meet-and-assist service with an airport porter for an additional charge. We confirm terminal and meeting point before arrival.
4. 04 Do you provide child seats or booster seats?

   We can provide child seats or boosters on request for private transfers. Request them at time of booking as availability is limited; we confirm seat type and any small additional charge. Please specify the child’s age and weight so we select the correct seat.
5. 05 What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

   We monitor flight status and adjust pick-up or meet times for reasonable delays at no initial extra charge. Extended delays, rebookings or long waits may incur additional charges; we will notify you and confirm any fees. If your arrival is earlier than scheduled, we will attempt to meet you but it cannot be guaranteed.
6. 06 Is the transfer price charged per vehicle or per person?

   Pricing is provided either per vehicle for private transfers or per person for shared transfers; quotes state which applies. Quoted rates include the road transfer and vehicle; extras such as meet-and-assist, porters, child seats or extended waiting time are usually extra. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and we confirm all inclusions in your booking paperwork.
