1. 01 How long is the transfer from Aswan hotel to Aswan train station?

   From central Aswan hotels, the transfer to Aswan Train Station typically takes 10–20 minutes by car. Allow extra time during Friday midday prayers and at peak Nile-cruise embarkation or disembarkation periods. We meet you at your hotel reception or cruise gangway and assist with luggage to the station entrance.
2. 02 Can you meet us on board our Nile cruise and take us to Aswan train station?

   Yes – we can meet you at most Nile cruise moorings in Aswan and transfer you to Aswan Train Station. We coordinate the exact gangway or dock point with your cruise staff before arrival. If the boat must tender passengers ashore, please allow additional time for disembarkation.
3. 03 Will the driver help with luggage and getting to the platform at Aswan Train Station?

   Yes – our driver will assist with luggage and escort you to the station entrance; platform access is managed by Egyptian National Railways staff. We can liaise with station personnel on your behalf but we do not issue or validate rail tickets. For sleeper trains allow extra time for check-in and carriage boarding.
4. 04 Is the transfer private and can I change the pickup time?

   The transfer is provided as a private car between your hotel or cruise and Aswan Train Station. Unlike shared shuttle services, we do not place clients on mixed transfers; this gives more flexibility for timing. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and can usually amend pickup times if you notify us as soon as plans change; any last-minute supplier fees will be quoted before confirmation.
5. 05 What vehicle will you use for an Aswan hotel to train station transfer?

   We provide air-conditioned saloon cars or MPVs depending on passenger numbers and luggage volume. Larger groups or oversized cases are moved in a minivan. All vehicles are local, driven by our English-speaking drivers, and fitted with seat belts and basic luggage straps.
6. 06 Are there extra charges for very early or late transfers to Aswan Train Station?

   Early-morning or late-night transfers may incur a surcharge depending on supplier hours and driver availability. Give us your exact train time when you enquire and we will confirm any out-of-hours fees before booking. For overnight train departures we will advise on recommended arrival times at the station.
