1. 01 How do I meet my driver at Aswan train station?

   Your driver will meet you at the main station exit holding a board with your name. We operate private meet-and-greet transfers and do not run shared shuttle buses. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator we monitor your train number and send the driver's name and mobile ahead; please text us any platform or carriage details you receive.
2. 02 How long is the transfer from Aswan train station to my hotel or Nile cruise?

   Transfers typically take 10–25 minutes depending on hotel location and local traffic. Hotels along the Corniche are usually nearer; transfers to river moorings or south Aswan can take longer. If you provide your hotel or cruise name at booking, we will calculate a door-to-door drive time for your itinerary.
3. 03 Can you meet trains that arrive late or early?

   Yes – we monitor your scheduled train arrival and adjust pickup accordingly. Please send the train number, scheduled arrival and any updates; we track commonly reported delays. If your train is significantly delayed or missed, additional waiting charges may apply and we will advise options for re‑routing or onward travel.
4. 04 Will the driver help with my luggage and is tipping expected?

   Drivers will load and unload standard luggage but porter availability at the station is limited. Please pack heavy items in manageable cases and tell us in advance about oversized or fragile items. Tipping is customary; you may tip the driver directly if you wish.
5. 05 Can you transfer me directly onto a Nile cruise boat?

   Yes – we can transfer you to hotels or directly onto Nile cruise gangways on the Aswan Corniche. If a cruise is moored away from the main quay, the final approach may include a short walk across stone steps or a gangplank. Embark/check-in times are set by the cruise operator, so confirm your cruise's arrival instructions with us beforehand.
6. 06 Do you provide child seats or boosters for the transfer?

   We can provide child seats or booster seats on request, subject to availability. Please request at booking and give the child's age and weight so we fit the correct restraint. If a suitable seat is unavailable, we will advise alternatives and note that local regulations and standards vary.
