   The road transfer from Hurghada to Luxor typically takes 3.5–4 hours by private car. Distance is about 220 kilometres on the Hurghada–Luxor road; traffic, your exact pick‑up point and any stops change journey time. We recommend a morning departure to avoid the midday heat and the unlit stretches after dark. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and use drivers experienced on this route.

   Hurghada is approximately 220 kilometres from Luxor by the Hurghada–Luxor road. Actual distance varies with your hotel location in Hurghada and your drop‑off point in Luxor. Parts of the route are single carriageway and pass small towns, so expect slower sections. Typical driving time is 3.5–4 hours door to door.
3. 03 Can you pick me up from Hurghada Airport (HRG) and drop me at Luxor Airport (LXR)?

   Yes – we collect from Hurghada International Airport (HRG) and can drop you at Luxor Airport (LXR) or any central Luxor hotel. We prefer private door‑to‑door transfers rather than shared coach shuttles, so you have a dedicated vehicle and luggage handling. Please confirm flight times so we schedule the correct meeting point and allow sufficient connection time for domestic flights.
4. 04 What vehicle will I travel in and how much luggage can I bring?

   We use air‑conditioned private saloon cars for one to three passengers and minivans for larger groups; coaches are available on request. Typical allowance is one medium suitcase plus hand luggage per person; please tell us about oversized items in advance. Child seats can be arranged on request and all vehicles have seatbelts; we quote a specific vehicle for groups and exact luggage capacity.
5. 05 Do you stop for toilets and food en route?

   Yes – we normally include one short comfort stop for toilets and refreshments during the transfer. Facilities on the desert sections are basic, and choices are limited compared with city stops. If you want a longer sightseeing stop (for example at Qena), we can add it but it increases travel time and cost. Always carry water and sun protection for the journey.
6. 06 Is it safe to travel by road between Hurghada and Luxor at night?

   Road travel at night carries more risks because of unlit stretches, occasional stray animals and slower emergency response. We recommend daytime transfers when possible; daytime services offer more reliable facilities and quicker assistance if needed. If a night transfer is necessary, we use experienced licensed drivers and well‑maintained vehicles, but allow extra time and accept the increased risk compared with daytime travel.
