Arriving at Hurghada International Airport
Hurghada is the Red Sea's busiest gateway, and its resorts spread for an hour up and down the coast, so the transfer is really about which stretch of beach you're heading to. A pre-booked car means a named driver past the baggage hall and a fixed fare to the door, instead of a kerbside rate that climbs with the distance to your resort.
The town and marina hotels are ten to fifteen minutes from the terminal; El Gouna to the north and Makadi and Soma Bay to the south run twenty-five to sixty. Resort coaches exist, but they stop at every hotel on the strip – a private transfer goes straight to yours, with child seats and cold water on board. Hurghada to Luxor Transfer (Private Vehicle)
Private transfer from Hurghada to Luxor by air‑conditioned vehicle, approximately 290 km and 3.5–4 hours on the desert highway. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and we arrange door-to-door pickup from hotels and the port, with an English-speaking driver. We do not run group coach transfers; we use private cars so you control departure time, comfort stops and luggage handling. Scheduled domestic flights take about 50 minutes but add check-in time and luggage rules – we can quote flights on request. Road transfers involve long stretches without shade and basic roadside facilities; expect one short comfort stop en route.
Hurghada Hotel to Hurghada Airport Transfer
Private, door-to-door transfer between Hurghada hotels and Hurghada International Airport (HRG), available for arrivals and departures. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and we arrange meet-and-greet in arrivals; our driver will assist with luggage and drive an air-conditioned saloon or minibus depending on group size. Luxor to Hurghada Private Transfer
Travel by private, air-conditioned vehicle from Luxor to Hurghada in around four hours with door-to-door collection and an English-speaking driver. We do not run shared shuttle buses; every booking is a private transfer organised from our Luxor office. Unlike scheduled coaches, you choose the pick-up time and we tailor stops to your needs. The route runs mostly along the Red Sea highway with limited shade; the journey can feel long for travellers sensitive to extended road travel. We supply sedans, SUVs or minivans and can carry standard luggage; oversized items may require a second vehicle.

01 How long is the transfer from Hurghada Airport to my resort? +
It depends on the stretch of coast. The town and marina hotels are ten to fifteen minutes; Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay to the south are twenty-five to thirty; El Gouna to the north is thirty to forty; Soma Bay and Safaga run forty-five to sixty. We price each route exactly so there are no surprises at the door.
02 How much is a Hurghada airport transfer? +

04 What if my charter flight into Hurghada is delayed? +

05 Can you drive me from Hurghada to Luxor? +
Yes – Luxor is about four hours by road, and we run it as a private city-to-city transfer or as a long guided day trip to the Valley of the Kings and Karnak. Tell us which and we'll fix the fare and the timing.
