1. 01 How long is the transfer from Hurghada hotel to Hurghada Airport?

   Transfer time from central Hurghada hotels to Hurghada International Airport (HRG) is typically 20–30 minutes. If your hotel is outside Hurghada city – for example Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay – expect a longer drive. Peak-hour traffic or hotel shuttle routes can add time; tell us your hotel name and flight number and we will confirm exact pickup time.
2. 02 Will the driver meet me at the hotel and help with luggage?

   Yes – our driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and assist with luggage. For departures the driver collects you from the lobby; for arrivals we meet at the arrivals curb or inside the arrivals hall if needed. Please tell us in advance about oversized or unusually shaped luggage so we can provide the right vehicle.
3. 03 Do you monitor flight times and handle delays?

   We monitor flight numbers and adjust pickups for delays where possible. Please give us your flight number and a local mobile contact when you book so we can track any changes. Significant diversions or very late changes may incur waiting or rebooking fees; we will contact you with options.
4. 04 Can you provide child seats or booster seats?

   Yes – we can supply child seats and boosters on request. State each child's age and weight when booking so we send the correct restraint. Availability is best guaranteed with advance notice; drivers fit seats but local rules still apply.
5. 05 How do I find my driver at Hurghada International Airport?

   On arrival our driver will wait at the arrivals curb or in the arrivals hall holding a name board. We will send the driver's name, vehicle make and mobile contact before you land, and provide a 24‑hour contact number. If you cannot find the driver call our emergency number; busy periods can require a short wait at the pickup point.
6. 06 How far in advance should I book my transfer?

   Book transfers as soon as your flights are confirmed, ideally at least 48 hours before travel. Unlike shared shuttle services, our transfers are private door‑to‑door cars or minibuses. Short‑notice bookings are often possible but depend on vehicle availability; for groups, child seats or sports equipment please book earlier so we can reserve the correct vehicle.
