Traffic on the Corniche or during mosque prayer times can add a few minutes; hotel location within Luxor (east bank, west bank or near the train station) affects final drive time. We allow extra time for luggage and passport/immigration queues when confirming pick-up.

   Yes – we provide a meet-and-greet at arrivals with a sign showing your name. Our driver will meet you inside the international arrivals hall and assist with luggage to the vehicle. Unlike a street taxi, we monitor your flight number for delays and reconfirm our meeting point if your flight is late.
3. 03 What vehicle will we get and how many passengers can it carry?

   We use private air‑conditioned sedans for up to three passengers and minivans for larger groups. Luggage capacity depends on vehicle choice; we advise one large suitcase per person for sedans. We do not run shared coach transfers – every booking is a private transfer organised by our team.
4. 04 Do you operate transfers for early-morning or late-night flights?

   Yes – we operate transfers outside regular hours, subject to prior booking. Unusual hours may incur a small unsociable-hours surcharge; we confirm any additional charge at enquiry. Please provide accurate arrival and departure times so we can assign a driver prepared for night-time navigation.
5. 05 Is the quoted price per person or per vehicle and what is included?

   Our quoted price is per vehicle and normally includes the private transfer, driver and fuel unless otherwise stated. Any extras such as excess waiting time, national park permits, or special requests are confirmed at booking. Gratuities for drivers are customary but not included in the quotation.
6. 06 Can you provide child seats or wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

   Child seats and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request but must be requested at time of booking. Availability of fully accessible vehicles in Luxor is limited; we will confirm specifications (ramp, door width, luggage space) before you travel. If you need a booster or infant seat, tell us the child’s age and weight so we can supply the correct seat.
7. 07 How do I book this transfer and what information do you need?

   Book by sending your confirmed flight number, airline, arrival time, full hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We monitor the flight for delays and confirm the driver’s name, vehicle type and exact meeting point before arrival. If your flight changes, notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust the pick-up.
