1. 01 How long is the transfer from my hotel or cruise to Aswan Airport?

   Allow 30–45 minutes for a private transfer from hotel or cruise to Aswan Airport, depending on pier and local traffic. Morning security checks at the cruise pier or city traffic can add time – we advise an earlier pickup for international flights. Unlike shared shuttle services, our timing is set to your flight and disembarkation slot. We monitor flight times and adjust pickups if you tell us about cruise delays or flight changes.
2. 02 Will the driver meet me at the cruise ship gangway or the hotel reception?

   We meet you at the cruise ship gangway or at your hotel reception, holding a name board. At cruise piers drivers normally wait after port clearance; at hotels they wait in the lobby or at the agreed entrance. Please confirm your cabin number, ship name and approximate disembarkation time when you book. We accompany you to the vehicle – we do not simply leave a voucher and vanish.
3. 03 Can the driver help with luggage and airport check-in?

   Yes – our drivers will load luggage into the vehicle and escort you to the airline check-in area if required. Airline check-in, passport control and any excess-baggage charges remain the airline’s responsibility. If you need porters or extra handling for heavy or fragile items, tell us in advance so we can arrange assistance. For tight connections we recommend earlier disembarkation times where possible.
4. 04 Do you provide child seats or larger vehicles for groups or excess luggage?

   Child seats and larger vehicles (MPVs or minibuses) are available on request; please state requirements at booking. We allocate vehicle size to the party and luggage declared; if requirements change after booking, availability cannot be guaranteed. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator we supply insured, air‑conditioned vehicles and local drivers familiar with Aswan piers and airport procedures. Tell us the number of adults, children and cases to avoid last‑minute problems.
5. 05 Can you arrange very early or late transfers to Aswan Airport?

   Yes – we operate transfers for early-morning and late-night flights provided we have advance notice. Off‑hour pickups may attract a small surcharge; we will confirm any additional cost when you book. Night-time traffic is usually lighter but airport check‑in desks open times vary – check with your airline. We recommend informing us of exact flight times and any schedule changes as soon as you have them.
6. 06 What do you do if my cruise is delayed and I risk missing my flight?

   If a cruise delay threatens your flight, we assist on the ground to arrange an alternative transfer or revised timing, subject to availability. We cannot reissue airline tickets, but we will contact local services and suggest options such as later transfers or overnight accommodation. For international flights we advise allowing a buffer between cruise disembarkation and flight departure. Tell us your cruise itinerary and flight details at booking so we can plan contingencies.
