1. 01 How long from Cairo Airport (CAI) to central Cairo?

   Typical transfer time between Cairo International Airport and central Cairo is 35–60 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. Distance to Tahrir Square is roughly 22 kilometres; rush-hour (07:00–09:30 and 16:00–19:30) can double journey times. We recommend allowing extra time for immigration and luggage reclaim when planning onward connections.
2. 02 Where will I meet your driver at Cairo Airport?

   Our driver meets you inside the arrivals hall after passport control and baggage reclaim, holding a name board. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator we monitor flights and will change pickup if your flight is late. Unlike operators who wait curbside, meeting inside arrivals usually speeds getting on the road.
3. 03 What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

   We monitor your flight and will adjust the pickup time; we keep in contact if you provide a mobile number. Prolonged delays or cancellations may require rebooking and could incur an extra charge; we explain any fees at booking. You will receive a local emergency contact on your booking confirmation.
4. 04 Can you provide a child car seat for the transfer?

   Yes – we can supply an appropriate child car seat if you request it when booking. Tell us the child’s age and weight so we bring the correct restraint. Availability can be limited for last-minute requests, so please add this to your reservation.
5. 05 Do you operate shared shuttles or private transfers?

   We operate private meet-and-greet transfers rather than shared shuttle coaches. Private transfers are direct to your hotel and avoid multiple stops, so they are faster though typically cost more than shared services. If you prefer a shared shuttle, tell us and we will advise alternatives.
6. 06 Do I need to print my transfer voucher or can I show it on my phone?

   Showing your voucher or booking confirmation on a smartphone is acceptable; a paper printout is optional. The driver will check the lead passenger name and booking reference. Keep your passport available for immigration and hotel check-in.
