Arriving at Cairo International Airport
Cairo International is Egypt's main gateway and a big, busy airport. A private transfer skips the taxi rank: a named driver is already waiting past the baggage hall with a board in your name, in a car whose fare was agreed before you left home.
From the terminals it's roughly half an hour to downtown and the Nile in light traffic, and three-quarters of an hour to an hour out to the Giza pyramids – longer at the morning and evening peaks, which in Cairo are real. Hotel to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport Transfer
Private, door-to-door transfers between Sharm El Sheikh hotels and Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, with meet-and-greet and fixed prices. Typical transfer time is 20–30 minutes depending on hotel location and traffic. We use private sedans and MPVs and do not operate large shared shuttle buses. Our drivers monitor flight status, wait if your flight is delayed, and meet you in the hotel lobby with a name-board. Unlike shared shuttle services, you travel directly to the terminal without extra stops. Allow extra time for airport security and peak-hour traffic; gratuities and oversized-luggage handling are extra. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator.
Cairo Airport (CAI) – Private Transfer to Cairo Hotel

CAI lies approximately 22 km northeast of Downtown Cairo (Tahrir); transfers normally take 45–60 minutes, but rush-hour journeys can exceed 90 minutes. We provide saloon cars (up to three passengers) and minivans (four-plus); please request child seats in advance. We meet you in the hotel lobby with a nameboard. Cairo airport transfers, answered
01 How long is the transfer from Cairo Airport to the Giza pyramids? +
Typically 45 to 60 minutes, since Giza sits across the city from the airport, and longer at the morning and evening peaks. Downtown and the Nile hotels in Zamalek and Garden City are closer, around 30 to 45 minutes. We track your flight, so the timing follows your actual landing.
02 How much is a Cairo airport transfer? +

03 What happens if my flight into Cairo is delayed? +
