1. 01 Where will the driver meet me at Aswan Airport?

   Our driver meets you in the Aswan International Airport arrivals hall holding a nameboard. Please clear immigration and baggage; if delayed through customs, text the local number we send at booking. Drivers wait in the official arrivals area; if you prefer a meet point outside the terminal we can arrange that in advance.
2. 02 How long is the transfer from Aswan Airport to my hotel or Nile cruise?

   Transfer time depends on traffic and the hotel or cruise embarkation location. We plan pickups around your arrival and advise allowing flexible time for tight onward connections. Unlike shared coach transfers from larger airports, we provide private transfers direct to your hotel door or the cruise gangway.
3. 03 Can you meet me if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

   Yes – we monitor inbound flights and will adjust the pickup time for delays. Please supply your flight number at booking; if the flight is cancelled or diverted contact our local office and we will rebook the transfer. Extended waits or significant diversions may incur additional charges; we will confirm any cost before proceeding.
4. 04 Do you provide child seats and can you handle oversized luggage?

   Yes – we can provide child and booster seats and accommodate oversized luggage with advance notice. Specify ages, weights and suitcase dimensions when you book so we can assign a suitable vehicle. Very large items (surfboards, multiple golf bags) may require a minivan or extra vehicle and could incur a supplement.
5. 05 Who operates these transfers – are they local staff?

   We operate transfers as a licensed Egyptian tour operator using our local drivers and vehicles based in Aswan. Our team monitors arrivals and coordinates directly with hotels and Nile cruise offices. We do not subcontract this service to large coach operators; pickups are private and drivers carry ID and vehicle registration on request.
6. 06 Are gratuities and parking fees included in the transfer price?

   The transfer price covers the vehicle and driver; gratuities and exceptional parking charges are not included unless stated. Small short‑stay airport fees are usually absorbed but off‑airport or long‑stay parking may be charged. Tipping drivers is customary in Egypt; you may tip in Egyptian pounds on arrival and we will confirm any parking charge before paying on your behalf.
