1. 01 How long is the transfer from my hotel to Sharm El Sheikh Airport?

   Transfer time depends on your hotel's location and local traffic. We don't run group buses; transfers are private cars with meet‑and‑greet service. We confirm the estimated collection window in your booking document and advise guests to allow extra time for hotel exit and airport security; peak-season traffic can add delays.
2. 02 What time will you pick me up for my flight?

   We confirm your pickup time in your booking document. Pickup is planned to allow time for check‑in and security; please give us your airline and flight number at booking so we can time collection accurately. If you need an earlier or later pickup we can usually rearrange with notice.
3. 03 Can you wait if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

   We monitor scheduled flights and adjust pickup or waiting where possible. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator we track inbound flight status and update our drivers to reduce waiting. Reasonable delays are usually absorbed; extended waiting or repeated pickup attempts may incur a small extra charge, which we will confirm before proceeding.
4. 04 How many bags can I bring in the transfer?

   Tell us the exact number and size of bags at booking so we can supply a suitable vehicle. Standard saloons have limited boot space, so for three or more large suitcases we provide an MPV or minibus. Oversize items such as surfboards require advance notice and may need a larger vehicle or surcharge.
5. 05 Can you provide a child seat?

   We provide child seats if requested at booking. Tell us the child's age and weight so we choose the correct seat type. Seats are subject to availability and may carry a small hire fee; we will confirm availability and any charge when you book.
6. 06 Where will the driver meet us at the hotel?

   Our drivers meet guests in the hotel lobby unless your booking specifies a different meeting point. If you prefer room collection, some hotels apply porterage charges–please tell us so we can arrange access. For villas or apartments we will confirm the precise meeting location in writing.
