The lobby, main restaurant and main outdoor pool have step-free access, although some smaller bars and beachfront platforms may have a single step. Garden paths can be uneven, and reaching the beach involves crossing sand. Wheelchair users may need assistance at the beach: there is no fixed beach mat or mechanical beach wheelchair. How we travel here

The hotel uses mains electricity and municipal water, with on-site water treatment for pool use. It buys food and produce from suppliers in Hurghada and employs local staff in housekeeping, food and beverage service and maintenance. For transfers and excursions that we arrange, air-conditioned minibuses are typical. We work with local transport suppliers and, where available, can request newer vehicles meeting Euro 5 or equivalent emissions standards. Vehicle availability varies, so we cannot promise a particular model or emissions level.
