A first look
This is a six-hour trip by minibus from Sharm El Sheikh into Ras Mohammed National Park, with no boat involved. A vehicle collects you at about 08:00 and drives to the park gate. Your guide then takes the group to the Gate of Allah, the mangrove channel, the earthquake crack and the Magic Lake. You snorkel from the shore at two beaches, with a picnic lunch between them, and are back at your hotel in the middle of the afternoon. The minibus is shared, with up to 16 guests, which makes it a calm choice for people who get seasick.

Prices are provisional until our team confirms your booking, and we confirm availability first.02What time does the minibus collect me?
Collection is at about 08:00 from hotels in Naama Bay, Sharks Bay, Nabq, Hadaba and the Old Market area. Our team confirms your exact time after booking. The minibus leaves the park at about 14:30 and returns guests to their hotels in the middle of the afternoon.03Can I bring my children on this trip?
Yes. Under 2s travel free, ages 2 to 11 pay half the adult price, and ages 12 and over pay the adult price. The trip suits children who are happy in shallow water and can walk on a rocky shore. There is no boat, so no seasickness risk.04What do I need to bring to the park?
Bring your passport or a copy for the park gate, swimwear, a towel, reef shoes, reef-safe sun cream, a hat and sunglasses. Reef shoes can be hired, but your own fit better. Wear a swimming costume under your clothes to save time at each stop.05What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel three or more days before for a full refund. Between three days and 24 hours before, half is refunded. Cancel within 24 hours, or fail to turn up, and no refund is given. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.06Is this trip shared, and who operates it?
Yes, the minibus is shared, with up to 16 guests. We are an Egyptian operator (ETAA Licence 718), not an ATOL or ABTA member, and we do not sell international flights. Our Sharm El Sheikh team runs the day. Booking is by request, and we confirm before payment.
If plans change
Plans change? We make it easy.
- More than 72 hours before your tour: keep the full amount as credit towards a future holiday with us, or take a refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hours beforehand: hold on to the whole amount as credit, or have part of it refunded.
- Within 24 hours of the tour, or if you don't turn up, we're unable to offer a refund or credit.
- Should we ever have to cancel, because of the weather or anything else beyond our control, you won't lose a penny.
